Mounted centrifugal mistblower

DEVIL TGZ is a mounted and light mistblower, which offers unmatched handling and agility. The compact design and tanks up to 158.5 gal make it the ideal ally for winegrowers and fruit growers who need timely interventions and ease of use. Available with tanks up to 158.5 gal, thanks to AVANT fan assembly, it reduces phytoiatric mixture suction and protective suction grille occlusion problems in the presence of leaves on the ground.

Quality materials

The mounted mistblowers are subjected to strong vibrations and structural stress. The continuous movement of the liquid creates continuous inertia especially in hilly environments where vineyards and orchards are often located, situations that greatly stress the tank and the frames. For this reason, the construction components and materials used have been carefully studied to ensure sturdiness and low maintenance over time. The high-strength steel frame ensures high corrosion resistance thanks to the hot-dip galvanisation treatment. The high density polyethylene tanks ensure structural strength, low weight and high resistance to UV rays.

Vineyard and Orchard TGZ Turret

AVANT TGZ fan assembly allows the air to be sucked from the front, eliminating the re-suction of the phytoiatric mixture, thus limiting the suction of leaves and debris and moving the operator away from the atomised flow. The two variants available, one for the vineyard (TGZ Vineyard) and one for the orchard (TGZ orchard) optimise diffusion of the phytoiatric mixture in relation to the type of crop to be treated. Deflectors are connected to the end of diffusers for regulating the area subject to treatment. Special brass nozzle holders are standard supplied with a low volume type nozzle and an anti-drift type nozzle to cope with the different working conditions. Electric partitions are available on request that allow blocking the air flow in the individual treatment sides in order to prevent the chemical mixture from drifting in protected and buffer areas.

Maximum drift reduction

Given the type of phytoiatric product used and the environmental condition present during treatment, DEVIL TGZ can be combined with a wide range of nozzles, including some anti-drift nozzles. In the latter, air is injected during the spraying of the mixture, weighing down the droplets formed and minimising the possibility of being carried away by the wind.

New ISOTRONIC

DEVIL TGZ is also available in ISOTRONIC version with ISOBUS communication protocol. Thanks to the combination with the tractor’s Virtual Terminal or with different Virtual Terminals available upon request, sprayer management is simpler and more intelligent both in terms of precision farming and greater control of the functional parameters used in the field.

Features may include:

AVANT TGZ FAN UNIT

Assembly with front suction in which the flow is directed to the back, eliminating the re-suction of the phytoiatric mixture, thus limiting the suction of leaves and debris and moving the operator away from the atomised flow. The straightening vanes and the bi-flow deflector offer better distribution and there are no increases in total width compared to a traditional assembly.

Orchard version:

The phytoiatric mixture comes out directed upwards with an air flow rate of about 12680259 gal/h.

Vineyard version:

The phytoiatric mixture comes out parallel to the ground with an air flow rate of about 12680259 gal/h
