Farm Depot Staff

Jeff has been involved with the Laethems since 1991 and works in sales as well as technical products. Jeff also manages the information systems for Farm Depot. Jeff enjoys selling planters and technical products. Jeff is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University and holds several systems-related certifications.

Dick has 40 years of experience selling in the dairy market with a special focus on hay & forage and manure handling equipment. He has been selling Gehl equipment for most of his career and is our resident expert for Gehl skid steers and Manitou telehandlers.

Chuck started in Caro in Spring of 2015 and has an extensive background in retail management and marketing. Chuck has quickly come up to speed on the Kubota product and does a great job marketing and selling this fantastic line of outdoor power equipment. Chuck has a regular array of special deals going all of the time on Kubota and Land Pride product lines.

Dar came to Farm Depot with many years of experience in the truck parts field and he grew up on the farm. Dar's experience is a valuable asset to our parts team and mission here at Farm Depot.

Ed went to college and studied aeronautics and has a keen sense for customer service and attention to detail. Growing up around the farm machinery business he has a solid background for helping Farm Depot parts customers get the parts that they need in a timely manner.

Tiffany came to Farm Depot from the auto parts world and her quick grasp of ag-related products and machines has been very beneficial to Farm Depot's mission. Tiffany is a valuable team member to the parts department and is ready and able to help our customers. 

Ethel works on the parts department team and is ready, willing and able to help our customers out.

Sherri is a Registered CPA and is the Farm Depot Bookkeeper. As part of her job she manages machinery inventory, assists with reception and tackles anything else that it takes to keep operations going in the office. She has been with Farm Depot since 2012. Sherri came to Farm Depot with a vast amount of experience in the accounting field and was involved in the family farm growing up. Sherri’s knowledge and skills make her an asset to Farm Depot.

Lynne is an eternal optimist and always greets our customers with a smile in her voice. Lynne also spreads a lot of other smiles around being the payroll administrator and HR manager. Along with her many other bookkeeping duties, she is an integral part of the Farm Depot team.

Chuckie has a long history in the service field and is the Service Manager for Farm Depot. He has training in a wide variety of technical fields and effectively manages Farm Depot's shop and mobile technician workforce. Scott spent 27 years as general manager of a modern automotive service shop and is the Service Administrator for Farm Depot Caro. Scott is an ASE Certified Service Consultant and brings a vast array of service experience and customer satisfaction accomplishments to the Farm Depot team. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and participating in pedal-bike racing competitions.
