TURBO TEUTON T POLIPO fits within the vast segment of MASCHIO GASPARDO trailed mistblowers. Based on the basic model FUTURA, thanks to the particular diffuser characterised for “low volume” distribution with high coverage capacity, it ensures high treatment efficiency while respecting the environment, minimising the pollution diffused by the distribution of plant protection products. TURBO TEUTON system is ideal for the treatment of crops with irregular leaf walls or in which covering treatments are privileged. Available in four different versions with 158.5 to 528.3 gal tanks, allows high levels of customisation.

Different types of steering drawbars are available on request for better versatility of use of the machine in the field, to ensure greater operator comfort and safety. TURBO TEUTON T POLIPO machines comply with European regulations in terms of MOTHER REGULATION road circulation.

Maximum treatment effectiveness is achieved thanks to the low volume dispensing system and the type of air conveyors that localise the flow on the surface to be treated. The low volume dispensed is obtained thanks to the combined action of mechanical pulverisation of the phytoiatric product flow through the high pressure pump and the particular nozzle used and pneumatic pulverisation carried out by the fan/diffuser assembly. In addition to directing the flow in the desired direction, the air conveyors ensure greater control of the treatment height also thanks to the possibility of excluding the individual nozzles.

TURBO TEUTON T POLIPO is also available in ISOTRONIC version with ISOBUS communication protocol. Thanks to the combination with the tractor’s Virtual Terminal or with different Virtual Terminals available upon request, sprayer management is simpler and more intelligent both in terms of precision farming and greater control of the functional parameters used in the field.

The vertical construction arranges the dispensers parallel to the crop walls, ensuring treatment consistency with limited absorption. Versions are available with 4 or 5 dispensers per side, to be chosen according to the height of the row. The arms are manually adjustable in height and the dispensers can be tilted to better direct the chemical according to the conformation of vegetation; all adjustments are performed manually by means of knobs and screws.

The twin (or single) jets made of brass have three opening positions, quick rotating closure and are equipped with drip-saver valve. Colour coded ISO nozzles are available in different sizes for low, medium or high volume treatments. Made of ceramic, they offer excellent abrasion resistance and empty cone dispensing with a 60° or 80° angle depending on the model.

GASPARDO ISOTRONIC mistblowers make it possible to exploit the ISOBUS AUX-N function, which allows controlling the water and hydraulic functions via joystick.

All trailed mistblowers have the possibility of adjusting the wheel track width with a mechanically fixed telescopic extension.

Three types of drawbars are available:

• Steering with lift hitch;

• NOVAK type steering with towing eye and mechanically lockable;

• NOVAK type steering with towing eye and hydraulically lockable.

Underbody safety guards help to protect the most vulnerable parts such as the tank and fan assembly.
