CAMPO 15-20 introduces the segment of MASCHIO GASPARDO trailed sprayers. Reliable and robust, it has been designed to meet the needs of any farmer, always ensuring maximum efficiency and spraying precision, also with a view to environmental respect. Available with two models of hydraulic booms to cover a work width of 49.2 and 59 ft, it features standard equipment which can be implemented with many accessories to always offer tailor-made equipment.

CAMPO 15-20 has been created with the intention of offering equipment that is easy to manage and maintain. Every detail, from the smallest to the largest, has been created to ensure maximum functionality. The manually-operated water panel mounted on the machine sums up all the equipment features, as well as the premixer and hand washing cistern near the valve controls to have everything at your fingertips. The high operational efficiency in the field is ensured by some essential systems.

CAMPO 15-20 is characterised by the wheeled type boom lifting system that allows a vertical excursion of 3.3 ft, ensuring high operational safety thanks to the double hydropneumatic shock absorber system. Thanks to their lightweight and functional reliability, the 49.2 ft START and 59 ft ALA C booms are the winning choice for use in CAMPO 15-20. The movements of the booms can be centrally controlled via OILDRIVE system (on request).

For the more demanding farmers and contractors there is also ISOTRONIC version with ISOBUS communication protocol, which matched with different Universal Terminals, allows the use of Precision Farming functions and the centralised control of all water and hydraulic functions.

Features may include:

Boom with sequential closing of the X arms, independent right and left. It is equipped with a mechanical self-levelling system with automatic locking system and 3.3 ft hydraulic lifting with double hydropneumatic shock absorber.

ALA C proposes to close the side boom along the sides of the cistern with the last section of the boom with vertical folding. Standard equipment includes uni-jet nozzles with bayonet quick hitch.

The control panel sums up all the functionalities of the machine: all levers and main controls have been grouped on the left side with clear and precise instructions for suction and delivery valves. The premixer and hand washing cistern are close to the valve controls, so that everything is at your fingertips.

The can washing nozzle ensures 100% of the product is used, without leaving any dangerous residues in the bottles. A small parallelogram with release spring allows the pre-mixer to be brought to a convenient position, and then places it again next to the main tank.

The system keeps the hydraulic circuit constantly active to avoid activation delays and untreated areas.

Standard MASCHIO GASPARDO OILDRIVE electro hydraulic system uses a single hydraulic distributor of the tractor which, by means of the special OILDRIVE push button panel or UNIVERSAL TERMINAL, controls groups of solenoid valves allowing the following hydraulic functions of ALA 400 boom:

• Hydraulic lift;

• Tilt and hydraulic block;

• Variable Configuration;

• Independent opening/closing of the mechanical sections.
